Team-Phenomenon Inc.  is a South Florida, paranormal research non-profit incorporation founded by George Mercado early 2008. We does not charge any of our clients any fees for an investigation and/or services rendered.  Team Phenomenon (tm)  is Registered / Trademark with the US Government as a paranormal service, we take what we do quite serioesly and our reputation among our client speaks for itself.  Team Phenomenon gets results which are NOT spheres of dust, unlike many teams out there who are looking for a TV show.  We have no aspirations of being part of, or being in a show, we see the larger picture than this and thus we have our own production team and studio. We will show you what we see, not what some producer may fabricate in order to raise the ratings..

Team Phenomenon strongly believes in educating the public on  paranormal topics such as, entities, spirits and so forth in order to assist them with such issues in their lives. We also believe that there are enough spirits, hauntings and ghosts for all paranormal teams to investigate and competition should fall last in this field, where as unity & collaboration should fall first. We also address each case with an open mind in order to rationalize the results. We at times refuse to make assumptions on the existence or non-existence of spirits, ghost and hauntings at such said location unless adequate proof is obtained. We feel personal experiences cannot be considered proof unless there is evidence collected by means of audio, video and/or photographs which validate those experiences.

Team Phenomenon members are both "believers" and "skeptics", we do this as an effort to examine all claims and data collected from all angles.

Our Team is composed of business owners,  and active and non-active Law Enforcement Personnel who specialize in their career.    Team Phenomenon records all investigations by means of audio, video, photographs and logs in order to determine time and place of activity. Our overall goal is to assist individuals, families, business and/or residence owners troubled by a hauntings or unexplained paranormal occurance, to validate, document and/or debunk such said claims.

Team-Phenomenon strongly believes in positive unity, good karma and respect for our fellow peers, families in need, and the spirits we encounter. We do not encourage any antagonizing of such said spirits, nor will we associate with any individuals and/or investigators who disrespect a location, home owner or establishment. There is a proper way to conduct an investigation and a non-professional way.  we choose to affiliate with only those who can represent themselves and their teams in a professional manner for the right noble reasons.

Team-Phenomenon Inc does not charge any fees for investigation of any locations, so therefore do we pay any of our investigators. Team-Phenomenon is a non profit organization composed of volunteers. We do not ask for donations nor is it mandatory, but will accept them if offered.
