Tech Manager 

Carlos owns a handyman service and spends his day installing, repairing and servicing the properties of his clients, he also is the lead tech manager for Team Phenomenon and is responsible for setup and tear downs of all IR cameras and equipment. 

He is well respected among his peers and his heart is made of solid gold, Carlos's interest in the paranormal was dormant for many years but now has awaken with each investigation,  He has been with Team Phenomenon from the start.
